Common questions about pricing

Does the free trial require a credit card?

No credit card is required to start your 30-day trial. You only enter payment details when you choose to continue after the trial ends. If you do nothing, your account is downgraded to a read-only view — your policy data is not deleted.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will not lose any policy data when downgrading — some features simply become locked until you upgrade again.

Your documents are stored encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Rehuman is FCA-registered and complies with UK GDPR. We do not sell, share, or use your policy data for any purpose other than providing the Rehuman service to you. You can permanently delete all your data at any time from the settings panel — deletion is processed within 24 hours.

Initial setup takes approximately 5 minutes: create your account, connect your email (or upload your first documents manually), and Rehuman starts parsing immediately. Most users see their first full policy imported within 10 minutes. The AI Q&A becomes available as soon as the first policy is processed.

Rehuman is currently optimised for UK insurance documents and UK-based insurers. Users in other countries can create accounts and upload documents, but insurer recognition and AI accuracy is highest for UK policy formats. International expansion is on our roadmap for 2026.
