These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rehuman insurance wallet platform, including the website at rehuman-uk.com and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Rehuman Ltd ("Rehuman," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.
By creating an account, accessing the Service, or clicking "I agree" (or equivalent), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident or incorporated entity in the United Kingdom to use the Service. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you may terminate your account before the changes take effect.

Rehuman is an information management and document analysis platform. It is not an insurance broker, insurer, financial adviser, or regulated insurance intermediary for the purposes of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 in the context of advising on the purchase, sale, or amendment of insurance products.
Nothing in the Service constitutes regulated financial advice, insurance advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to purchase, maintain, or cancel any insurance product. The gap detection reports, AI analysis outputs, and coverage summaries produced by the Service are informational tools only. Any decision to purchase, modify, or cancel insurance cover is your sole responsibility.
If you require regulated advice on insurance products, you should consult an FCA-authorised independent financial adviser or insurance broker.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by authenticating through a supported OAuth provider (Google or Microsoft). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to update it if it changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at hello@rehuman-uk.com. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account.
Each account is for individual use only. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their explicit consent, share account credentials, or use the Service to process documents belonging to third parties without those individuals' knowledge and consent.
Business accounts (Rehuman Business plan) may designate multiple authorised users within a single organisational account, subject to the Business plan terms applicable to such accounts.
Rehuman offers the following subscription plans:
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your billing address.
Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month, commencing from the date you first subscribe. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year on the anniversary of your subscription date. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Rehuman to charge your payment method on file at the applicable subscription rate on each renewal date. If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it three times over a 7-day period. If payment remains outstanding after 7 days, access to the Service may be suspended until payment is received.
If you cancel a monthly subscription within 7 days of a renewal charge, you are entitled to a full refund of that renewal charge. After 7 days, no refund is issued for the current billing period, but your subscription will not renew at the next billing date.
Annual subscriptions are refundable on a pro-rated basis within 30 days of the annual renewal charge. After 30 days, no pro-rated refund is available for annual subscriptions. To request a refund, contact hello@rehuman-uk.com with your account email and the reason for the refund request.
We may change subscription prices. We will notify you of any price increase by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before your next renewal date. Price decreases take effect at the next renewal without notice.
The 30-day free trial provides access to the Personal plan features at no charge. No payment card is required during the free trial. At the end of the trial, access to paid features will end unless you subscribe. We will send a reminder email 7 days before your trial expires.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the acceptable use terms, and to report violations to relevant authorities including the FCA where the violation involves insurance fraud or related offences.
The Service, including its software, design, user interface, documentation, and all content we produce, is owned by Rehuman or its licensors and protected by copyright, trade mark, database rights, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal or business insurance management purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not convey any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content or software.
You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store, and analyse your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim any rights to your insurance documents beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.
You warrant that you have the right to upload the documents you submit. Documents prepared by an insurer and issued to you as the policyholder are typically provided for your personal use, and uploading them to a personal insurance management platform is consistent with that purpose. If you have any doubt about the terms of use of a specific document, consult the issuing insurer.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Gmail, Outlook, and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by the relevant third-party terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
The Service may include links to external websites or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content or practices of linked external sites and are not responsible for them.
We aim to keep the Service available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where feasible. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.
We are not liable for losses arising from Service unavailability, provided we have taken reasonable steps to maintain the Service and have communicated planned maintenance in advance.
We may add, modify, or remove features from the Service at any time. Material changes to core functionality will be communicated by email. If a material change reduces functionality you rely on, you may terminate your subscription without penalty during the notice period.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Rehuman makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to: (a) that the Service will be accurate, complete, or error-free; (b) that AI-generated analysis, gap detection outputs, or Q&A responses will be accurate or complete; (c) that the Service is fit for any particular purpose; or (d) that use of the Service will produce any particular outcome with respect to your insurance coverage.
The AI-powered features of the Service use probabilistic language models that can produce incorrect outputs. We show confidence indicators and source citations to assist you in evaluating outputs, but you are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it for decisions about your insurance.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Rehuman is not liable for:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to us in that same 12-month period.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable UK law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rehuman, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms; (b) content you upload to the Service that infringes third-party rights; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings page. Termination takes effect at the end of your current billing period (for paid accounts) or immediately (for free accounts). Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if we have reason to believe you are in material breach of these Terms, including engaging in fraud, uploading malware, or using the Service to harm other users. In cases of suspected fraud, we may retain data and cooperate with law enforcement pending investigation.
We may also terminate accounts on 30 days' written notice in connection with a decision to discontinue the Service entirely, in which case we will offer a pro-rated refund of any prepaid subscription fees.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting hello@rehuman-uk.com. We aim to resolve complaints within 14 working days of receipt.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under English consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
